Tasting notes

Here’s a dark secret: this is made by oompa loompas. And like the everlasting gobstopper of yore, it’s a meal in a mouthful. Darkness is deep purple, powerful and full-bodied, smells like violets and sappy blackberries, chocolate, espresso and white pepper. The attack is red fruited, velvety, supple and broad, then turns spicy and delivers rich black fruit, plum, and finishes with clove, licorice, and dark chocolate. Willy Wonka would be proud.
