Tasting notes

Deep rich and unctuous, with great balance and length, Hallelujah is a hedonist’s bailiwick. Loaded with rich flavors of blackberry, cherry, caramel, cinnamon, bittersweet chocolate and tobacco. The classic Portuguese varietals Touriga Naçional and Souzão were fermented for five days until the fermentation was arrested with 160 plus proof grape hooch. We aged it for 23 months in three barrels, one new French oak. Enjoy now or in 100 years.
