We are proud to release the first vintage of Ethereal, a Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine made from 100% Old Vine Chardonnay from Gamache Vineyard. It's elegance and expressiveness are a tribute to the growers and our winemaking team and is something we have imagined would be a great way to celebrate our 20th year in business. While our expectations were always high for this labor intensive, patience required project, this beautiful effervescent classic bubbly surpasses them in every way. Like a table at a hard-to-get-into restaurant, this special sparkling wine is very limited in production and availability. Less than fifteen cases remain from the premier dégorgement.
Successive disgorgements will be made available at future dates until it is all in the hands of our bubble lovers. We will let you know as soon as future disgorgements are ready!
