v.2023 is a deep, rich wild thang that launches with a nose of blackberry, tobacco, earth, roasted herbs, black olives, and white pepper. Brawny yet supple tannins frame a mouthful of juicy boysenberry, dark chocolate, black cherry, and wild game. Sourced from four iconic Washington vineyards (Boushey, Ciel du Cheval, Discovery and Olsen) this blockbuster will age gracefully for many years.

FOUNDERS’ NOTES:
Untamed was created in 2010 for our wine club, and was brought back in 2014 to work as a place for the barrels that cascaded down from the Darkness and Ruckus protocols. It was envisioned as an early release offering from our over delivery tier.
