Sourced from the acclaimed Discovery Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills, Baba is a tribute to Kelly’s Mom, Sarah. 2020 was a year that demanded flexibility, creativity and determination, so when our fruit sources that normally go into Baba didn’t yield what we needed, we (yes, we’re going to use that word) pivoted and blended Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah in equalish measures and bam! In your glass you’ll find all manner of rich dark fruit aromas and flavors with plenty of earthy goodness. Baba 2020 is a stylish and richly textured tour de force, reflective of some Super Tuscans we enjoy. Enjoy this special blend!

FOUNDERS’ NOTES:
Our first extry Tuscan was produced in 2015 as a wine club exclusive. The Brunello clone of Sangiovese was sourced from Boushey Vineyard in the Yakima Valley. Once the fermentation was dry we loaded the press, turned La Traviata up to eleven, busted up some lasagne and Brunello di Montalcino and let Elvis the Press do the rest. Lovely red fruit and flowers flowers flowers.
